ORDERS & RETURNS

A-Class Building Materials, trading under New Concept Home Services Pty Ltd (ACN 158 089 957), is committed to a fair and transparent approach to refunds, returns, and delivery.

If you've changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase, standard stock items may be returned within seven days, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must not have been exposed to weather, as all products are stored undercover. Approved refunds will be processed to your nominated bank account within two business days. Restocking and freight fees may apply where relevant.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, a full refund will be issued. These items must be returned or collected within seven days of delivery or pickup.

Custom-made or specially ordered items, including products cut to size or processed to specific requirements, are not eligible for return unless faulty. “Special Orders” are non-stock items sourced on request and cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, except where defective. Lead times for these will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

We offer flexible delivery and pickup options. Orders placed between 9:00 am and 11:00 am the previous day are generally eligible for next-day delivery across Melbourne, subject to availability. Delivery times for special or bulk orders will be confirmed upon ordering.
