Manufactured in Melbourne Australia, CAGroup has been supplying the leading coated lead flashing in the Australian Market for over 20+ years. CAGroup has developed a unique thermo baked acrylic primer coated lead sheet. The primer coating is applied to the sheet surface area, reducing the contact between lead and water. This reduces the risk of run off water picking up any lead contamination from the flashing and depositing it in rainwater tanks or into ground water. The thermo baking process ensures the primer coating is bonded to the lead sheet substrate.

Aesthetically Pleasing
Acryflash® is grey on one side and charcoal on the other. Acryflash® allows you to further improve the look and longevity of exposed flashing by top coating to match the roof and surrounding material. Acryflash® has a primer coating and will withstand the elements in its own right uncoated (normal expected manufactures paint life). For increased life however it is recommended to be top coated using a conventional external acrylic house paint.

Ease of Installation
Installation is straight forward, without the hassles of screws, rivets or adhesives needed by other flashing systems. It is a supremely malleable and convenient product that, without compromising on service life, is easily and quickly tailored to the individual requirements of each roof – either moulded to cover unusual shapes and tiles cut simply to size and shape. On-site handling, too, is simple, as Acryflash® comes in rolls or sheets.
Increasingly harsh weather can cause premature failure in roofing products, however Acryflash® is designed and is proven to survive the harshest of weather events. It is able to cope with a wide range of temperatures, harsh UV and its malleability ensures it moves in sympathy with the building.

- The low melting point of lead (around 400°C) requires much lower levels of energy input to recycle than other metals.
