Returns & Refunds Policy

A Class Building Materials is based in Victoria and uses integrated third-party freight services to fulfil online orders. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent returns experience for all customers.

Any stock item (excluding products with manufacturer return limitations) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Important: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be right for you. Change of mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

With Proof of Purchase

If you have a valid receipt or tax invoice, we can process a refund or exchange provided:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
• Your receipt or tax invoice is valid and intact

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method recorded on your original receipt. Please note that your original credit card must be present to receive a refund to that card.

Without Proof of Purchase

If you are unable to provide a receipt or tax invoice, we may still be able to assist you, however the following conditions apply:

• We will require valid proof of identity (e.g. driver’s licence), which we will record when processing the return
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Online Orders — Returns & Exchanges

For orders placed online, returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer the following options:

• In-store return: You are welcome to return eligible items directly to our store.

• Depot return (interstate or unable to visit in-store): Items must be submitted to your nearest freight depot. Please note that return freight fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
