Flashguard is a fully toughened, easily dressed, uncoated raw aluminium flashing.

Uses

It is designed for use in building situations with aluminum or zincalume roofing sections and can be used to protect timber exposed to severe weather and extremes of temperature. It is ideal material for flashing aluminum doors and windows.

Application

• To be applied in areas where flashing is required to prevent water penetration.
• Non-acetic silicone rubber sealants may be used to fix the flashing in place.
• 0.3mm flashing can be used in concealed applications.
• For exposed applications use the 0.7mm flashing.

• Light and easily handled.

Packaging

• Standard (0.3mm) is available in widths of 150mm, 230mm, 300mm in roll lengths of 10m and 20m.
• Extra heavy (0.7mm) is available in widths of 150mm, 230mm, 300mm and 450mm.
