Shipping and Deliveries

A Class Building Materials works hard to deliver your products on time and with efficiency. We offer both delivery and pickup options to give you flexibility and convenience.

Considerations When Placing a Delivery Order

For safety reasons, our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property. Many of our deliveries involve heavy items, sometimes weighing several hundred kilograms. Additionally, our trucks are often equipped with heavy loads, making them challenging to operate. To reduce any potential risks to your property, we strictly adhere to delivering within the designated delivery boundary.

Melbourne Deliveries

Orders placed before 9 am to 11 am on the day prior can be delivered to any location in Melbourne the following day*.

Regional Victoria Deliveries

Please allow at least 72 hours for regional deliveries. Ordering ahead of time is strongly advised.

Click and Collect Service

Stock products are available for pickup Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm. It is advised to place your order ahead of time to minimise delays. Our sales team will contact you to schedule a pickup time upon receiving your advance order. Please bring your tax invoice when collecting your order.

Special Orders

Special orders refer to items not kept in regular stock, which may need to be sourced from our suppliers. The required lead time will be confirmed at the time of placing the order. As special orders are made exclusively to fulfil a specific request, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Only defective or damaged items may be eligible for return.

Freight Charges

Freight charges cover kerbside delivery only. We will make every effort to place items in your preferred location; however, this can only be guaranteed if specific arrangements are made in advance, and additional fees may apply.
