Corinthian Entrance Door Madison PMAD104 Primed Clear

Madison is an entrance door with a solid MDF core. It is made for painting in an external primed skin, or for staining in a select veneer. Square-corner routing runs on both faces. Glass designs cover straight and curved panels.

Key features

• Solid MDF core with a laminated frame in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA. Western Australia can also use a Polypak core, depending on size.
• External primed skins, veneered skins, and BAL 12.5 skins. A BAL 12.5 door has to be specified when it is ordered.
• Square-corner rout on both faces.
• In NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA the published door sizes are 2040 or 2340 mm high by 820, 870, or 920 mm wide, at 40 mm thick. Sidelights are 400 mm wide.

Finishing and care

Up to 5 mm can be trimmed from the top and each stile, and up to 25 mm from the bottom. Doors up to 2040 x 920 mm need at least 3 hinges. Larger doors need 4 hinges. Primed skin does not include the door edges. Use a light-reflective colour where the door is in direct sun. Hang an entrance door in a weather-protected opening.
