Corinthian Entrance Door Solidcarve PSC4 Primed BAL12.5

Solidcarve is an entrance door with a deep carved pattern on both sides and a square-corner rout. Glazed designs use a solid MDF core. Designs without glass use a lightweight CoriTech core.

Key features

• External primed skins, veneered skins, or BAL 12.5 skins. A BAL 12.5 door has to be specified when it is ordered.
• Square-corner rout on both faces.
• Core is solid MDF or CoriTech, depending on the design and the state.
• Published door sizes are 2040 mm high by 820, 870, or 920 mm wide, at 40 mm thick.

Finishing and care

Up to 5 mm can be trimmed from the top and each stile, and up to 25 mm from the bottom. Doors up to 2040 x 920 mm need at least 3 hinges. Larger doors need 4 hinges. Use a light-reflective colour where the door is in direct sun. Hang an entrance door in a weather-protected opening. The care instructions are in the download below. Warranty is 5 years when Corinthian's terms are met. For a 2040 x 820 door, Corinthian gives 50 kg on solid MDF and 35 kg on a CoriTech core.
