JB Weld Original Syringe

J-B Weld Original Cold Weld syringe is the same two-part epoxy in a 25 ml dispenser for bonding metal and other hard surfaces. Mix 1:1. It cures dark grey.

Key features

• Strongest epoxy in the J-B Weld range. Published tensile strength is 5020 PSI.
• 1:1 mix ratio.
• Heat resistance to 287°C (550°F) once fully cured.
• Fuel resistant.
• Sets in 4–6 hours. Full cure in 15–24 hours.
• Bonds metal to metal and to other surfaces.

Suitable surfaces

• Best on metal, stone, concrete and fibreglass.
• Also bonds rigid plastic, wood and ceramic.
• Not for polypropylene or polyethylene.

Surface preparation

Clean the repair area with detergent or a degreaser, then roughen it with a file or coarse sandpaper. Dispense equal amounts, mix until the colour is even, and apply.
