JB Weld Waterweld Stick

WaterWeld is a 57 g hand-mixable epoxy putty for sealing cracks and repairing pipes and other surfaces that stay wet.

• Tensile strength 4730 PSI.
• Sets in 25 minutes. Full cure in 1 hour.
• Cures white.
• Waterproof up to 500 PSI.
• Cures underwater.
• Heat resistance to 93°C.

Suitable surfaces

• Best on rigid plastic and fibreglass.
• Also bonds metals, stone and concrete.

Specifications

How to use

Mix the stick by hand until the colour is uniform, then press or mould it into the crack, gap or hole. Once cured it can be sanded, drilled, tapped and painted. It can be applied and left to cure underwater.

Surface preparation

Clean the repair area with detergent or a degreaser, then roughen it with a file or coarse sandpaper.
