The Corinthian Manhattan BHAT 6G is an internal stile-and-rail door. It looks like steel and is made from sustainably sourced timber. This leaf is 2040 x 520 x 35 mm, supplied with a black primed finish and 8 mm toughened clear glass.

  • Glazing on this leaf is 8 mm toughened clear glass, clamped in the stiles and rails.
  • Black primer on all sides and edges, including the intermediate rails. Slim stiles are 60 mm.
  • The door is supplied routered for Attica hardware.
  • Stiles take a maximum 30/34 mm hardware backset and 50 mm mortice depth.
  • Suitable for swing-hinged, cavity sliding, face-of-wall sliding, and Quickslide wardrobe use. A hinged pair needs a mushroom stop.
  • Three hinges are recommended, and they are the minimum for a stile-and-rail door.
  • Acoustic rating Rw32 (STC 32).
  • Made to order. Special sizes are not available. Warranty is 5 years.

Finishing and care

Gloss, flat, semi-gloss, or satin paint can be applied. Rails are 25 mm and 45 mm wide and 9 mm deep. Trim 3 mm from the top, the bottom, and each stile. Glass complies with AS1288:2006.
