Description

CRC Orange Zincs unique formulation combines superior rust inhibiting properties of zinc with a tough but flexible enamel coating and a coloured satin finish in recognised safety colours. High levels of anti-corrosive zinc complexes are embedded in a resin system which forms a quick-drying highly-protective enamel coating with excellent adhesion to bare metal. CRC Orange Zinc provides a satin top-coat finish but unlike standard paint systems, resists undercutting and blistering from corrosion by forming an effective corrosion barrier. For ultimate protection, prime the metal surface with CRC Zinc It prior to applying CRC Orange Zinc. To achieve a high film build, use CRC Prep It as an intermediate coat if required. Ongoing protection can be achieved through simple re-coating within 3 years, depending on conditions. Protection in extreme conditions may require re-application more frequently.

Applications

Shake can until agitator ball is moving freely and then for at least 1 further minute to ensure content is thoroughly mixed. Apply a number of thin coats with smooth even strokes to clean, dry surface holding can approximately 25cm from surface. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes.

CRC Peel Off uses the natural power of d-Limonene to soak through paper labels and release adhesive backings. Once released, the label can be easily removed from most containers and surfaces, any residue can be easily removed with a wet cloth. CRC Peel Off can also be used to clean off cured adhesive and to remove industrial ink from machinery. CRC Peel Off has many uses in factories, processing plants, supermarkets, printing plants and industrial applications.

Applications

1. Shake can well.
2. From 15-20cm spray the label or surface liberally with CRC Peel Off Label Remover.
3. Allow 5 minutes for the product to soak through the label and release the label.
4. Peel off label by hand or with flat scraper.
5. Remove softened adhesive with soft cloth.
6. For ink removal, spray liberally and wash/wipe down with water.
Note: CRC Peel Off Label Remover can damage some delicate surfaces, always test a small
area first.

It does not require immediate overcoating, but can be overcoated at a later stage if desired. CRC Red Zincs unique formulation combines superior rust inhibiting properties of zinc with a tough but flexible enamel coating and a coloured satin finish in recognised safety colours. High levels of anti-corrosive zinc complexes are embedded in a resin system which forms a quick-drying highly-protective enamel coating with excellent adhesion to bare metal. CRC Red Zinc provides a satin top-coat finish but unlike standard paint systems, resists undercutting and blistering from corrosion by forming an effective corrosion barrier. For ultimate protection, prime the metal surface with CRC Zinc It prior to applying CRC Red Zinc. To achieve a high film build, use CRC Prep It as an intermediate coat if required. Ongoing protection can be achieved through simple re-coating within 3 years, depending on conditions. Protection in extreme conditions may require re-application more frequently.

Applications

Shake can until agitator ball is moving freely and then for at least 1 further minute to ensure content is thoroughly mixed. Apply a number of thin coats with smooth even strokes to clean, dry surface holding can approximately 25cm from surface. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes.

SOFT SEAL is a long term indoor/outdoor corrosion inhibitor for machined surfaces and assemblies subjected to long periods of storage or adverse shipping conditions. It displaces moisture and provides a transparent, amber waxy film for heavy protection of parts, equipment and machinery. SOFT SEAL provides protection from heat, humidity and corrosive atmospheres. Ideal for protecting equipment during shipping even when exposed to salt spray and other corrosive conditions.

Applications

Recommended for use valves, cable end sealer, dies, moulds, bits, spindles and instrumentation also on motors, shafts, equipment exposed to the elements, outdoor storage of raw materials and finished stock.
